It's always a good idea to sit at the fun table.

Take the time to line up the Energy first, and action becomes inconsequential. If you don't take the time to line up the Energy, if you don't find the feeling place of what you're looking for, not enough action in the world will make any difference.

Give them a conscious understanding of how powerful and important and valuable and perfect they are.

As long as you are seeing 'what is', you cannot grow beyond it.

You are the only one who creates in your experience - no one else. Everything that comes to you comes by the power of your thought. If there are changes you would like to make, it will be of great value to begin telling a different story - not only about your body, but about all subjects that have been troubling to you. As you begin to positively focus, getting to feel so good about so many subjects, you will begin to feel the power that creates worlds flowing through you.

Get out into the sunlight-out where everything is-with a vibration that is so dominant that those who annoy you, those who don't agree with you, those who make your life feel uncomfortable, don't come into your experience, because your vibration-through your practice-has become so clear, so pure, so clean, so in keeping with what you want, that the world that revolves around you just feels like that. That's what you planned.

Today no matter where I'm going, no matter what I'm doing, no matter who I'm doing it with, it is my dominant intent to look for and find things that feel good when I see them, when I hear them, when I smell them, when I taste them, when I touch them. It is my dominant intent to solicit from experience and exaggerate and talk about and revel in the best of what I see around me here and now.
