I worry that I'll go down to the dock, and that my ship will have already come and gone. I'll miss my boat." And we say, another boat, another boat, another boat. You have no idea how many boats are coming to your dock. It's a steady stream, and it doesn't matter how many of them you've missed.

You can only coax someone into the vortex from in the vortex.

Your life is supposed to feel good to you.

Everything that we want is downstream... And you don't have even have to turn the boat and paddle downstream, just let go of the oars, the current will carry you.

You're not ever going to get it done. Every time you evaluate contrast and conclude and then line up your Energy and allow it into your experience... at the same time you are achieving the result that you intended, you also achieve a new perspective from which to intend. You can't stand still. In every moment, there is a whole new set of stuff... new ideas, new desires being born.

There is no physical body, no matter what the conditions, that cannot achieve an improved condition. Nothing else in your experience responds as quickly as your own physical body to your patterns of thought.

Find something to feel good about and get out of the way, and allow the cells to receive what they've been asking for. That is the key to healing.
