Hunting is a family thing for me, and it's a Texas thing. We have a lot of land in Texas that's been in our family for 12 generations.

I've always been business-minded. I worked in corporate America before becoming an actress and knew that acting wasn't the end but a means to an end. It gave me the platform and the exposure I needed to do my philanthropic work. It also gave me the financial security to focus on my other businesses, start new businesses, and even help other people start businesses.

I never had a time line for my life. I didn't say I wanted to be married at 28 and have three kids by the time I was 32.

I'm really a very fifties housewife.

I don't think relationships are all about sex, but it's definitely about passion and that feeling of "I want you now." I love that romantic side of it.
