The so-called civil rights movement as it exists today is used as a Communist program for revolution in America.

Our mothers put God first when they fill their highest mission within the walls of their own homes.

Every member of the priesthood should understand the divine plan designed by the Lord to raise up the first free people in modern times.

You must not allow yourselves to become discouraged. Missionary work brings joy, optimism, and happiness. Don't give Satan an opportunity to discourage you. Here again, work is the answer. The Lord has given us a key by which we can overcome discouragement: "Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart; and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

No true Latter-day Saint and no true American can be a socialist or a communist.

Our great Constitution has been beaten and torn until now it hangs by a single thread, and that thread is our franchise to vote.

Why did the Lord inspire Mormon (or Moroni or Alma) to include that in his record? What lesson can I learn from that to help me live in this day and age?
