I grew up doing theater, so I'm used to working with people where you can definitely ask another person a question or advice or say, "Hey, let's try it this way," or "What do you think if I did it this way?"
Fiona GubelmannIt's fun because I really do love meeting new people. Comedy can be so different from show to show and from writer to writer and actor to actor. People don't set out to make a bad show.
Fiona GubelmannI am so happy, each and every day that I come to set. Some days, I'll be there 12 hours, and it feels like five minutes have gone by.
Fiona GubelmannI have a dark sense of humor, so I definitely like to work on stuff like that. I do enjoy working in comedies where I can create a fun and broad character.
Fiona GubelmannI was raised to pursue my passions and pursue the things that I love, and to just live life to the fullest.
Fiona GubelmannOne of the things I've learned - before I would go on a show, I was like, "Oh God, I hate that show" or "That show is gonna get canceled." But now after being full-time on a show, you see how difficult it is and how much work goes into it and how so many decisions are based on finances or people's schedules or talent or location issues. It's a miracle that anything gets made.
