For a person to be truly discipled and growing in their faith, they need more than one person discipling them.

A disciple is a disciple maker.

We say to the Creator of all this magnitude and majesty, ‘Well, I’m not sure You are worth it…. You see, I really like my car, or my little sin habit, or my money, and I’m really not sure I want to give them up, even if it means I get You.’

If you want to see the big stuff that God has, you've got to take some risk and trust only in the Gospel.

The world needs Christians who don't tolerate the complacency of their own lives.

A key to everything is surrender - to really come before the Lord and say, 'I will literally stay here as long as you want me to stay' or 'God, I will really go anywhere on the earth.'

It's pride, plain and simple, that keeps me from giving God all the glory and keeping some of it for myself. It is a battle we all fight in some form or another, some of us daily or even hourly.
