Meditation essentially means having a great time.

Living in the spiritual world is very easy, once you grow accustomed to it. But initially, it puts you through some changes.

When there is no thought in the mind, no thought of thought, when the mind is quiet but fully alert, we experience a little bit of enlightenment.

We don't live forever. We have a limited energy. You have to determine those things that you direct your energy towards, otherwise you get yourself in too many places and nothing succeeds.

Any avenue that you follow leads to light. All roads lead to Rome.

Human beings are confused, deluded and generally un-awakened. So as a person who seeks to increase their energy, you have to be very careful about who you have intimate contact with.

We cut up time and space and mind and place and being and non-being. We create a world of ideas. This is duality, pairs of apparent opposites.
