Unfortunately we've seen meditation insulted in a sense with the image of ritual. You have to dress a certain way, follow a certain type of lifestyle, all that sort of thing, very culty - and that, of course, has nothing to do with the practice whatsoever.

Self-knowledge, I guess, is hard. But I think pain is harder, personally. I think to be hopeless is very hard. I think to die without hope or to live without hope is very hard.

Higher meditation is not taught through techniques or words. The real meditation experience is taught inwardly. You shift a person through different dimensional planes.

At a very early age I was attracted to light, as most children are.

Remember you have lots of help. God is meditating in you and through you. The beneficent forces of existence are glad to help you. You can focus on any spiritual teacher. We are glad to help you.

Thinking is usually a waste of time and energy, since thinking is essentially a rehashing of what we already know. As a matter of fact, thinking is an easy way to confuse yourself. The more you think, the less you know.

Real samadhi is off the game board, friends. It is not something you are even aware of.
