No two people have the same reality

The desire to please other people is a potent way to distract yourself from what you are feeling.

The hardest times to choose love become the very times that you can most grow spiritually.

Until you can say what is most difficult for you to say, you cannot speak from your heart, live unafraid, create health, or receive support from others.

I cannot change you. I cannot change other people. So I have decided to put all of my energy where I have the most leverage , where I know I can make a difference. Instead of being upset that this world is not populated the way I want it to be populated, I have decided to become the citizen that I want the world to be populated with. That's how I create the vision.

Authentic power is the real deal. You can't inherit it, buy it, or win it. You also can't lose it. You don't need to build your body, reputation, wealth, or charisma to get it.

You are only as powerful as that which you stand.
