Much though he recites the sacred texts, but acts not accordingly, that heedless man is like a cowherd who only counts the cows of others - he does not partake of the blessings of the holy life.

That, precisely with the removal of these conditions, those things that have arisen in dependence upon them-thus also all suffering-must perforce disappear and cease to be.

Let your diet be spare, your wants moderate, your needs few. So, living modestly, with no distracting desires, you will find content.

You too shall pass away. Knowing this, how can you quarrel?

Observe the life by cause and consequence. Explore the life by wisdom. Treat the life by equality. Complete the life by love.

When you go into the space of nothingness, everything becomes known.
