When you see a threat, you just can't hope for the best in this day and age, where terrorists are capable of inflicting damage on the homeland.

I don't see how we can allow public dollars to fund programs where spite and hate is the core of the message.

The terrorists do not understand America. The American people do not falter under threat, and we will not allow our future to be determined by car bombers and assassins.

It would be helpful if we opened up ANWR. I think it's a mistake not to. And I would urge you all to travel up there and take a look at it, and you can make the determination as to how beautiful that country is.
