This Thanksgiving, Americans are especially thankful for our freedom, and we are especially thankful to you, those who keep us free.

Through my Faith-Based and Community Initiative, my Administration continues to encourage the essential work of faith-based and community organizations. Governments can and should support effective social services, including those provided by religious people and organizations. When government gives that support, it is important that faith-based institutions not be forced to change their religious character.

One thing is clear: The Iraqi people are showing incredible courage. The United States of America must understand that it's in our interests that we help this democracy succeed.

The best way to fight evil is to do some good. Let me qualify that—the best way to fight evil at home is to do some good. The best way to fight them abroad is to unleash the military.

Conspiracy theories abound in American politics. I don't think we need to be subliminable about the differences between our views on prescription drugs.

We got plenty of money in Washington. What we need is more priority.
