We all know that men and women can be good without faith. And we also know that faith is an incredibly important source of goodness in our country.

There's a way to accomplish the separation of church and state and at the same time accomplish the social objective of having America become a hopeful place and loving place.

These are the groups which can be held more accountable. These are the groups which will sort of monitor how the aid money is spent.
