Why is it immoral to be paid for an act that is perfectly legal if done for free?

Minorities have never been given their rights. They have always had to wage a political and legal battle to win them.

I live in a war zone. I would never have imagined 37 years ago when I started practicing law that there would still be so much discrimination against women, so much denial of women's rights.

I do believe that, under the law, under the Constitution of the United States, and under our public policy, that women deserve and should have a right to enjoy equal employment opportunity.

When I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania I had a baby in one arm, a diploma in the other and I didn't know where I was going in life.

Because of my life experiences, I understand that I have an opportunity to help other women. I have the desire and the ability.
