Meditation takes time and dedication, but, for me, it's actually just about closing your eyes and being in that moment.

If you don't cherish past experiences, you cannot learn from them and you cannot move on.

I have meditated in the last two or three years. To discover what it means to sit and let sounds and movement wash over you has been brilliant. In some ways, that helped me understand where my grandma had gone. She had gone to a different world that we aren't quite connected to.

No matter what happens, you always need someone else to look after you at the end.
