Everybody is a candle, true. But not everybody is lit.

Lets face it: fitness is boring. But its critical to be extremely dedicated to whatever you decide to take up to achieve a desired result. Theres no way you are going to get there without dedication, which is the key for me.

You need to understand the batsman, where he plays his shot usually, which is his release shot, and then change the angle, vary the pace, line and length. You cannot always react after being at the receiving end.

Age is just a number. If someone can perform at 45, who will stop that fellow from playing top-level cricket?

Ever since Sourav became the captain, I do not feel like a youngster in the team any more. Everybody is treated equally and Sourav himself is extremely approachable and a pillar of strength.
