It takes the same energy to complain as it does to compliment. When there is a short circuit, there is a complaint, and when the energy is flowing, there is a compliment.

Your strength is how calmly, quietly and peacefully you face life.

When you don't go within, you go without.

A few years ago we said, 'Hail Guru Ram Das and heal the world.' It looked like a joke at that time. Heal with what? Now the Age has come when your own psyche can be in flow and beam on the other personality, and in the cross-exchange you can heal a person just by walking by his side. For this we have to have a mental clarity, and we have to have a mental projection.

Compassion is for the very strong. Compassion does not come to the weak. People who are unkind, bullies, use rude language, are not strong people. They are very weak people.

If you only know one kriya, then share that. Just be humble, teach it. Every student is a teacher.

Seven years ago when I came, I said to you that I'll teach you how to be healthy, happy and holy and we will build a family which shall not have any facet of human life as an orphan; to build an exclusive family in which there is no facet of our life which is an orphan.
