We call it 3HO, an organization of healthy, happy, and holy people. It has no membership charge, no presidents, and at this point not even a secretary. Anybody can be a member who will promise that he shall undertake to practice these exercises, and to practice to breathe consciously. Be aware that the breath is the divine charge and it is a gift of the God.

It takes the same energy to complain as it does to compliment. When there is a short circuit, there is a complaint, and when the energy is flowing, there is a compliment.

Love knows no pain, no sacrifice is too much for it; it is an absolute one-pointed state of mind toward the well-being of the other person who is called lover or beloved.

As long as you don't compliment yourself, your environments and your job, you will always be miserable. Complaints bring misery, compliments brings strength.

What is a cozy home? Where you enter and you feel the radiance of your divine self.

Write it on your forehead, write it on your heart, on your third chakra, on your second chakra and your first chakra. You will never go short, never will you have less. God will prevail by God's True Nature. If you have discomfort and hunger say, "God, that is Thy Virtue. Thank you for accepting me for that tragedy." This is the attitude of gratitude. "My shackles will be removed by Thy Will." God is so great, to Him the whole of what we have is just like a sesame seed.

The purpose is to be in gratitude forever. Live with applied consciousness, prosperity will break through the walls, flood you with it. You do prayer when you are in difficulty. Pray when you are not in difficulty! That is the attitude of gratitude.
