I am generally a very happy and easygoing person. I also believe it's always better to meet people with a smile rather than looking cold, especially when you first meet. It changes everything.

With my busy schedule, it's impossible to have a set fitness routine. So instead I like to try and incorporate exercise into my daily life whenever I can - which requires some creativity.

I think you always need to try your best, but at the same time you can only do what you can do. Don't beat yourself up about it.
