As long as I tell the truth I feel that nobody can touch me.

We all learn lessons in life. Some stick, some don't. I have always learned more from rejection and failure than from acceptance and success.

There's always going to be a need for activism; there's always going to be a need for you and me doing the right thing, being very Lincoln-sonian in looking out for each other.

I definitely learned a lesson this time. I know that I can be broken. I am not as tough as I thought. I see it now. At this point, it's the only thing good that came out of all of this. I know myself better now and know what I have to do.

I work pretty much every day. I can't really separate it from life, so I guess the work is my life.

I am not a trained actor and am not near the top of anyone's want list. I go after what I am offered, if I am so inclined. Now and then, I get offers for things that are not to my liking, in that I just don't care about the story. All this super tough guy stuff isn't anything that interests me all that much. I can't think of anything I turned down that I regret.

I think Perry Ferrell put independent music on a very good path with Lollapalooza.
