Every woman, whoever she is, wherever she lives, should be able to give birth without the fear she's going to lose her baby or that her baby will lose her mother.

Cutting taxes even more on the wealthy and corporations, that's not going to help anybody except the wealthy and corporations.

The challenges of change are always hard. It is important that we begin to unpack those challenges that confront this nation and realize that we each have a role that requires us to change and become more responsible for shaping our own future.

We have to work with the police. We have to make sure they respect the communities and the communities respect them.

One thing we know for sure is that change is certain, progress is not.
