Everybody brings their personality to any position, and that's true for presidents like anyone else.

I have met with women who toward the end of their pregnancy get the worst news one could get, that their health is in jeopardy if they continue to carry to term or that something terrible has happened or just been discovered about the pregnancy. I do not think the United States government should be stepping in and making those most personal of decisions. So you can regulate if you are doing so with the life and the health of the mother taken into account.

I think again we're way out of balance. We've got to rein in what has become almost an article of faith that almost anybody can have a gun anywhere at any time. And I don't believe that is in the best interest of the vast majority of people.

Most Americans cannot save more than $6,000 a year from depreciating real estate. That's all they can write off against their salary or business profits.

You cannot have development in today's world without partnering with the private sector.

It is wrong that corporations and the super wealthy play by a different set of rules.
