Increasingly, we are seeing cyber attacks coming from states, organs of states. The most recent and troubling of these has been Russia.

Often those who are denied rights are least empowered to bring about the changes they seek.

I think we've got to understand the complexity of the world that we are facing and no place is more so than in the Middle East.

What I believe is the more we can do for the middle class, the more we can invest in you, your education, your skills, your future, the better we will be off and the better we'll grow. That's the kind of economy I want us to see again.
