Haiti is the poorest country in our hemisphere. The earthquake and the hurricanes, it has devastated Haiti. Bill Clinton and I have been involved in trying to help Haiti for many years.

Giving every child a chance to reach their full potential is the best work anyone can do

All of us have to recognize that we owe our children more than we have been giving them.

I think it's been unfortunate, but it's happened, that since the Great Recession, the gains have all gone to the top. And we need to reverse that.

Everybody has some dysfunction in their families.

Between the marketplace and government there exists all of that which makes life worth living-family life, spiritual life, the art and culture that make our spirits soar.

Never waste a good crisis...Don't waste it when it can have a very positive impact on climate change and energy security.
