Why spend money on what is not bread, and your labor on what does not satisfy? Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good, and your soul will delight in the richest of fare.

Tell the righteous it will be well with them, for they will enjoy the fruit of their deeds.

The poor and needy search for water, but there is none; their tongues are parched with thirst. But I the LORD will answer them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them. What will you do on the day of reckoning, when disaster comes from afar? To whom will you run for help? Where will you leave your riches?
