If I could say something to everyone on this planet, I'd tell them to follow their dreams.

My biggest lesson is patience. I always want things to happen overnight and they don't. I've had to learn this lesson a few times in life and, usually, it results in taking more time to fix the problem because it was rushed.

The truth I know for sure is that if something feels good and makes you happy on the inside, you're probably moving in the right direction.

If you're positive and listen to your heart, you can truly get what you're looking for. It's hard to do all the time, but vibrating on the right frequency can really bring some wonderful things into your life.

Focusing on negative situations is never helpful.

One of my favorite activities is just to drive and listen to music - of course, only when there's no traffic.

Hiking is really great for centering; you get to be out in nature and although sometimes it seems like hell when you're getting up that mountain, it always feels good when you're done.
