Theater is so wonderful and brilliant but it lasts very much in the moment. It's there and then it's gone.

Whatever it is, I just loved it and felt at my absolute happiest when I was performing for people. And if that's what you want from a job, then this is the best job you could ever do.

I love hard work. One Man, Two Guvnors was so physically tiring I ached all the time, but I took a massive amount of pride in the fact that I only ever missed two shows.
