I worked the drive-through at McDonald's and tried out different accents - Italian, Russian, Irish.

When I research a role it does get a little crazy and maybe even a little stupid.

I figured I'd be like Romeo, and climbed up to her balcony and gave her a rose. She was very shocked. After that, it was over.

It starts off as one thing, where he's trying to cover this murder trial, and then his own life starts to impinge on that, so it becomes something else. I found that fascinating.
