When you hear bad things about yourself, just put your energies into something else; it's no good crying about it. Just put it into your music - it'll make you stronger.

But I'm not very good at kind of looking into my own world and trying to pick apart what is really wrong and fix those things. I like to kind of shy away from certain issues and turn away.
