If we are going to compete in this world we're in today, there is no possible way we can do it with lowering expectations and dumbing down everything. Children are going to suffer and families' hearts are going to be broken that their kids won't be able to get a job in the 21st Century.

If I'm president, I'll be a commander-in-chief, not an agitator- in-chief or a divider-in-chief, that I will lead this country in a way that will create greater security and greater safety.

We have huge national security issues in this country, and the United States Senate ought to be pushing President [Barack] Obama towards the proper policies that right now are a complete disaster based on his policies.

Barack Obama became president, and he abandoned Iraq. He left, and when he left Al Qaida was done for. ISIS was created because of the void that we left, and that void now exists as a caliphate the size of Indiana.

Donald Trump is succeeding right now for sure. He is a gifted politician. But, he is just a gifted politician. He`s just a gifted politician that is appealing to people`s anger and frustration that is quite legitimate.

We must create a [economic] crisis in order to ensure that there is no alternative to a smaller government.

I'm an introvert. Introverts have a huge advantage over extroverts. We can create a mission and we can act on it.
