Think about for a minute what your body goes through out there. On a Friday night, you have a steak and then Saturday morning, you get up and have some eggs and some pancakes. Then Sunday, you're on 'Survivor' and suddenly you have nothing.

I'm not one of these guys who says 'Now I'm on a really hot show. Better quit soon before I get labeled.' That's the most ridiculous notion I'd ever heard.

The thing that surprises me most is, you cannot change who you are.

I love telling stories, that's it. I love it. That's the word I would choose to describe what I love the most.

Every day I get more and more honest.
