Only when your hearts are empty of the things of the mind, is there love. Then you will know what it is to love without separation, without distance, without time, without fear.

If we could, and we must, establish a deep long abiding relationship with nature, with the actual trees, the bushes, the flowers, the grass and the fast moving clouds, then we would never slaughter another human being for any reason whatsoever.

Energy functioning in a pattern becomes matter. That is all life is... Matter and energy are interrelated.

Perception without the word, which is without thought, is one of the strangest phenomena. Then the perception is much more acute, not only with the brain, but also with all the senses. Such perception is not the fragmentary perception of the intellect nor the affair of the emotions. It can be called a total perception, and it is part of meditation.

Observe, and in that observation there is neither the "observer" nor the "observed" - there is only observation taking place.

Real freedom is not something to be acquired, it is the outcome of intelligence.

The real student is studying, learning, inquiring, exploring, not just until he is twenty or twenty-five, but throughout life.
