I know a lot of great musicians that don't know they're even great, because mangers try and make them feel belittled like they're not worth a crap.

Treat other people the way you want to be treated. Most people won't do that because it makes them vulnerable.

I'm a conversationalist. I came out of a town with only 300 people. I didn't have anybody to talk to. I didn't want to talk about farming. So when I came out in the world, I started talking. Never stopped.
