Man, I'm sick of doubt.

If my poetry aims to achieve anything, it's to deliver people from the limited ways in which they see and feel.

I like people who shake other people up and make them feel uncomfortable.

The best songs come unasked for. You don't have to think about them . . . Summer is good for songs. When it's real warm, if you have a sense of freedom, not a lot on your mind, and a feeling there's plenty of time, it just seems to be a good climate for music.

Choose the day and choose the sign of your day! The day's divinity! First thing you see!!

Are you a lucky little lady in the City of Light? Or just another lost angel... City of Night?

My great joy is to give form to reality. Music is a great release, a great enjoyment to me. Eventually I'd like to write something of great importance. That's my ambition - to write something worthwhile.
