If you don't design your own life plan, chances are you'll fall into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much.

The future does not get better by hope, it gets better by plan. And to plan for the future we need goals.

A few years ago I lost one of my dearest friends. He died at age 53 - heart attack. David is gone, but he was one of my very special friends. I used to say of David that if I was stuck in a foreign jail somewhere accused unduly and if they would allow me one phone call, I would call David. Why? He would come and get me. That's a friend. Somebody who would come and get you.

Here's one of the great challenges of life. Being happy with what you have while in pursuit of what you want.

Don't spend most of your time on the voices that don't count, voices that are going to add too little worth to your future. Don't waste time on the shallow and the silly. Tune those voices out and tune in voices that are going to add something to your life

It's easier to get rich than it is to explain not getting rich.

Don't bring your need to the marketplace, bring your skill.
