When I took over from my father, he came from the Southern Baptist background, and back 40-50 years ago, there was a lot more of that.I don't believe - maybe it was for a time. But I don't have it in my heart to condemn people. I'm there to encourage them.

My belief as a Christian is when we receive Christ as salvation, that that gives us a guarantee for Heaven.

If you don't have the gift of a loving supportive family, be that gift for someone else. It doesn't have to be a relative, just someone you know who is alone or hurting over the holiday.

Stop focusing on what you cant do, focus on what God can do.

The question is not, 'Do you have a problem?' The question is, 'Does the problem have you?'

I didn't try to copy my dad or fit into the pressure or the mold that everybody tried to make me fit into.
