No matter what's happening, choose to be happy. Don't focus on what's wrong. Find something positive in your life. Thank God for the small things.

You know, there is always times where you feel discouraged and things coming against you, but I don't know if I ever wanted to throw in the towel.

It's easy to see the negative, but every person has something great about them. Develop a habit of looking for the good.

I don't go down the road of condemning.
