I think sometimes the critics want me to beat people down, and that's not in me. I want to lift people up.

I'm not leading them to some false God or something like that.

I don't believe we are supposed to go through life defeated and not having enough money to pay our bills or send our kids to college. When you follow His way, the Bible says that His blessings will chase you down and overtake you.
