If you’re controlled by your circumstances, life is going to be a roller coaster with ups and downs. God wants you to be stable, consistent, not moved by any of these things. When you face an adversity, when you hit a tough time, one of the best things you can do is simply stay calm. Keep your peace.

That's my thing - keep filled with faith. Keep doing what you can do and I believe God will do what you can't do.

True success is when you reach back and bring somebody along with you.

Quit worrying about what other people think and just be who God made you to be. If you will run your race, God will take care of your critics.

Difficult times don't come your way just so you can survive them; God uses these times in your life to form and refine you.

Don't do anything that you wouldn't feel comfortable reading about in the newspaper the next day.
