What we do at LSU is to develop players and make them better.
I order various types of breakfast and lunches. I do not just come in and order hamburgers all the time. I order the specials, pancakes, bacon and eggs.
If you don't hold your team accountable then you will lose credibility and your team will be spoiled.
If you want team play, you must stress defense. Defense makes players unselfish.
