It takes a leader to know a leader, grow a leader, and show a leader.

You will never change your life until you change something you do daily. Success doesn't just suddenly occur one day in someone's life. Neither does failure. Each is a process. Every day of your life is merely preparation for the next. What you become is the result of what you do today.

Intentional living is the bridge to significance. At the end of every year, I take time out to reflect and evaluate the events of the previous year - what went well and what needed improvement. From that inventory, I lay out my next year - how I intend to live, make the best use of time and maximize adding value to others. Success asks, 'How can I add value to myself?' Significance asks, 'How can I add value to others?' It is your intention that lends itself to significance.

Two ( or more) people come together and they agree that they should be together for a common purpose and that purpose is to add value to one another. ENGAGEMENTS are partnerships that should ALWAYS be Win-Win.

Enlightenment writer and philosopher Voltaire likened life to a game of cards. Players must accept the cards dealt to them. However, once they have those cards in hand, they alone choose how they will play them. They decide what risks and actions to take.

Any leader who asks the right questions of the right people has the potential to discover and develop great ideas.

A sense of responsibility is the clearest indication of mature leadership.
