Not realizing what you want is a problem of knowledge. Not pursuing what you want is a problem of motivation. Not achieving what you want is a problem of persistence.

Motivation is like love and happiness. It's a by-product. When you're actively engaged in doing something, it sneaks up and zaps you when you least expect it.

Knowing the future is difficult, controlling the future is impossible. Knowing today is essential; controlling today is possible.

I think many people believe the best way they can help others is to criticize them, to give them the benefit of their 'wisdom.' I disagree. The best way to help people is to see the best in them.

My advice is to surround yourself with talented people who will challenge you, help you grow and inspire you to maximize your potential.
