Without a vision our community will perish without Christ, but without a vision the church will perish as well.

If churches would take ownership of a vision, the next pastor who is thinking about coming to that church can see what their vision is and then determine if their vision fits with his or her ministry. If it doesn't, then it would be wrong for that pastor to come to that church.

True success is obeying God.

It takes a lot of people to create a success. That's why I say that few leaders are successful unless a lot of people want them to be.

The best relationships are win-win. Why don't more people go into relationships with that attitude?

The greatest day in your life and mine is when we take total responsibility for our attitudes. That's the day we truly grow up.

Over time, is it easier or harder to sustain your influence within your organization? With charisma alone, influence becomes increasingly more difficult to sustain. With character, as time passes, influence builds and requires less work to sustain.
