The great leaders in history were great not because of what they owned or earned but because of what they gave their lives to accomplish. They made a difference!

The leader’s Attitude is like a thermostat for the place she works. If her attitude is good, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the environment is easy to work in. But if her attitude is bad, the temperature is insufferable.

Why would God send people to our church if we don't have a great dream? Why would God give a multigifted, multitalented, and multifinancially wealthy person to a church if the biggest thing you are going to do is paint the restrooms next year? That's bad stewardship.

It's one thing to communicate to people because you believe you have something of value to say. It's another to communicate with people because you believe they have value.

I thought that because I wasn't a sickly person - I never have been - I thought I was healthy. So I assumed health. I didn't have it.

I wrote the book [Today Matters] because I have a passion to help people personally grow. Really what it is, it's a personal growth book.

They biggest man with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest man with the smallest mind-think big anyway.
