If your vision doesn't cost you something, it's a daydream.

Maya Angelou observed you cant use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have. Sadly,too often creativity is smothered rather than nurtured. There has to be climate in which new ways of thinking,perceiving, questioning are encouraged.

Without a vision people and the church become self-centered. People start finding fault with one another and the church self-destructs.

One way to overcome our natural self-centeredness is to try to see things from other people's perspectives.

Anybody who thinks that they are a leader and doesn't have anyone following them is just out for a walk.

A happy person is not a person with a certain set of circumstances, but rather a person with a certain set of attitudes. I may not be able to change the world I see around me, but I can change the way I see the world within me.
