When you are gentled and quieted in your heart, you are incapable of relating to disappointment, incapable of feeling sorry for your self.

Start out identifying what you know are delicacies of being within, tiny little touches of knowledge that has beingness in it, special soft spots of heart. As soon as you identify them, you need to believe them.

While sincerity is to carry the weight of knowledge in the self, it is also to be the lightness of being clean.

When you rest in the weakness of your heart, your being moves and your self becomes quieted.
