We know that Medicare's going broke in seven years, but we need to start over. That's what the American people want us to do.

The point to me is not what Donald Trump is saying because we keep reacting to just things he says in his tweets. What he is doing is important.

It is illegal for children to purchase tobacco in every state in the country. And in every state ... tobacco companies have invested enormous sums of money and time to encourage widespread lawbreaking.

Medicare is probably the most difficult challenge we face in the next century, because it has a lot to do with other things besides money.

America has much to gain in terms of jobs and trade by meeting the growing world demand for advanced, environmentally sound technologies.

This is the free enterprise system. The only place in the world that I can recall where companies never failed was the old Soviet Union. This is what investors do in free enterprise and capitalism system. [...[ And, yes, free enterprise system can be cruel. But the problem with this administration is that small businesses are the one who had suffered the most, the kind that need investors, the kinds that don't need the hundreds of pages, thousands of pages of regulations that continue to plague them and have them hold back on the hiring investment.
