Do no harm. Do good. Stay in love with God.

Not, how much of my money will I give to God, but, how much of God’s money will I keep for myself?

For many ages it has been allowed by sensible men, Nihil est in intellectu quod non fuit prius in sensu: That is, There is nothing in the understanding which was not first perceived by some of the senses. All the knowledge which we naturally have is originally derived from our senses. And therefore those who want any sense cannot have the least knowledge or idea of the objects of that sense; as they that never had sight have not the least knowledge or conception of light or colours.

Preach faith till you have it; and then, because you have it, you will preach faith.

You have nothing to do but to save souls; therefore spend and be spent in this work.

Lord, I am no longer my own, but Yours. Put me to what You will, rank me with whom You will. Let be employed by You or laid aside for You, exalted for You or brought low by You. Let me have all things, let me have nothing, I freely and heartily yield all things to Your pleasure and disposal. And now, O glorious and blessed God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, You are mine and I am Yours. So be it. Amen.

If doing a good act in public will excite others to do more good, then 'Let your light shine to all.' Miss no opportunity to do good.
