Being yourself; not acting. You therefore can function near your own level of competence. Satisfy you own expectations rather than those of others.

A strong leader accepts blame and gives the credit. A weak leader gives blame and accepts the credit.

Ability may get you to the top, nut it takes chracter to keep you there - mental, moral, and physical.

Our land is everything to us.... I will tell you one of the things we remember on our land. We remember that our grandfathers paid for it - with their lives.
