You have to apply yourself each day to becoming a little better. By becoming a little better each and every day, over a period of time, you will become a lot better.

It is easier to reach our potential when we learn the value of including others in our quest.

The leader has to command the respect of all those under his supervision - and he must be open to those under his supervision. Effective leadership means having a lot of people working toward a common goal. And when you have that with no one caring who gets the credit, you're going to accomplish a lot. If you have those just wanting the credit for themselves, you're not going to get as much accomplished.

I think that in any group activity - whether it be business, sports, or family - there has to be leadership or it wont be successful.

Those of us who have been blessed with worldly success have an even greater responsibility to make an impact with our time, talents, and resources.
